Refurbishment of premises to house the new headquarters of Riutord Advocats.

The premises are organized in 4 living spaces and a large open space.

In the project, the 4 spaces are the new offices. The large open area is distributed to accommodate the rest of the programme.

The existing terrazzo floor has been preserved along with some decorative elements typical of the architecture of the 60s.

The new inside is neutral, respectful and wishes to underline the beauty of the existing conserved elements.
